The Pacific Sands Resort is an oceanfront complex of condominiums just north of Proposal Rock. It is walking distance to the Neskowin Beach Golf course and the Cafe at Hawk Creek.

Pacific Sands Condominium Association has been providing a quiet, family-oriented atmosphere since 1960. Our goal is to create a relaxing environment for our residents and visitors alike. Rentals are available on major platforms such as Vacasa and Oregon Beach Vacations.
